When we receive your , one of our engineers will carry out a detailed inspection to determine what the cause of the fault is. They will then put together a quotation for repair including parts and labour, along with any additional information (such as lead times for parts we need to order). Once we know that you are satisfied with both the price and time scale we will order any required parts that we don't hold in stock and proceed with the repair.
We offer two quote options for most repairs:
Our free quote service comes with no obligation. If we are unable to offer an economical repair, or you decide not to go ahead with the repair for any reason, there is nothing to pay (other than return shipping, if required).
We aim to have provided you with a quote within five working days of us receiving your , but we usually achieve this within three.
If time is of the essence, we offer a "Queue Jumper" service. This means your is allocated to one of our engineers as soon as we receive it. If your is received before midday your quote is often suppplied that same day, and we often have the repair completed within twenty-four hours. It's not uncommon for these repairs to come in and go out again on the same day!
There is a fee of £35.00 + VAT for this service which is payable in advance.

All of our repairs are subject to our minimum repair fee of £50.00 + VAT.
